Wards, Deal branch, have gone above and beyond to help me complete on my purchase, and I can't thank them enough. My buyer's mortgage offer was due to expire, the day I completed.. There had been delays with the buyer's enquiries, and with other legal issues he had (he was not going through Wards). Amanda offered to work late so the chain could complete on this final day. I was struck by her humility in doing this, in her own time. She has consistently gone out of her way to help, her communication has been brilliant, as well as her determination to ensure the sale went through successfully. Dylan went out of his way with paperwork, which I was struggling with, always willing to help. Ellie has been generally lovely when I've been in, helpful, friendly and very professional with it.
