Gareth kept us updated at all stages and we were grateful for his support and expertise, considering the circumstances. This made the whole process of selling the house a smooth and positive experience. We would unreservedly recommend Reades to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

She truly listened to what I needed and kept me updated constantly so I never felt left in the dark. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving. She has gone above and beyond!! Chasing and updating me, listening and answering my many questions! I am so grateful to the team and especially Amy for the help in purchasing my first home. Over this period, we have had several different tenants and faced numerous issues from boiler breakdowns to dealing with overgrown gardens. Linda Patino has dealt with transitions from old to new tenants seamlessly, and offered sound advice and recommendations in the process. Her experience and eagerness to help has been invaluable to us. Keeping us informed of issues during these short term tenancies has been a key hallmark to the service she provides and we have always felt reassured that our best interests have been upheld in all matters relating to the Let. The Dwell team are all friendly and willing to assist, so we have no hesitation in recommending them.

The team was professional, responsive, and helpful in keeping communication flowing throughout the process. They did a good job progressing matters and arranging the practical aspects of the purchase efficiently. They were particularly helpful at the 11th hour when a number of issues arose and they liaised with the vendor and solved the issues quickly. While it was naturally clear they were acting on behalf of the sellers, we appreciated their support and assistance in helping the transaction reach completion smoothly.
