12th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!

Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

16th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)My wife and I urgently needed to find somewhere to rent in Devizes after our intended house purchase fell through at the last minute and we were faced with probably losing our buyers. Not only did we have no prior experience of renting, but we were currently living 100 miles away, which presented considerable logistical problems. Sue and Toni at Belvoir, Devizes were not only very knowledgeable, but also extremely kind and helpful. They guided us through the process and with their assistance we were able to secure a suitable property only two weeks after first contacting them. We are very grateful for their support.

29th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)I worked with Paul Appleby and he handled the viewings etc all himself, I was concerned as i was relocating from Wiltshire back to Cornwall after a death in the family and was moving to Cornwall prior to the sale of my house in Wiltshire. This time was already stressful enough however Paul checked in on the house even after we had an offer and kept me informed along the way. This was more like dealing with a family member that I had known years than someone I had only met recently. The whole transaction has been smooth and I am due to complete next week, just over 9 weeks from offer.
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Thanks to the Kingston team they have achieved a completed sale of my late father’s retirement flat. Their advice, support and enthusiasm secured a buyer of these particularly limited market properties. Sellers of retirement properties need to be aware that they can be very slow to sell, in my case three years, so a very competitive price is key. Well done to Kingstons, such a huge weight off my mind. I have no hesitation in recommending Kingstons.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
