Having seen the way other estate agents market their properties locally, I have to say that the way Jones Robinson marketed our property was absolutely superb and I believe was far better than everything else I have seen. The video tour of the house, with a well prepared, informative voice commentary, rather than a simple piece of pop music accompanying a montage of photographs, gave an excellent initial overview of the house. The brochure was also of excellent quality and I felt in very safe hands from the outset. The work done by Chloe in this regard was outstanding. On day one of marketing we received a good number of viewings, leading to seven in the first week alone. Andrew managed the liaison with potential buyers and he too was meticulous in keeping me informed of progress. He was courteous and highly professional in his communication.
We had our first offer of a sale after only ten days, which was in large part due to the high quality of service provided.
There were various other members of the team at Jones Robinson who took charge of the viewings and handling the various elements involved in the marketing and at each stage I was kept informed and always felt comfortable and confident that the sale was being handled professionally.
I would not hesitate in recommending Jones Robinson in the sale of your house.

We recently sold my mother's property through Jones Robinson of Devizes. From the initial valuation with Mikyle to the sales negotiations conducted by Andrew and the team, we were impressed by the highly professional and dedicated approach, the quality and clarity of the brochure, the speed with which viewings were obtained and the responsiveness of the team in keeping us up to date with progress and offering advice when needed. When our first buyer withdrew his offer, Andrew wasted no time in getting the property back on the market and even when we went on holiday during the final negotiations the team kept us fully informed until an offer was secured. I purchased through JR. I have purchased over 60 properties and never once had to pay a fee to be referenced ahead of putting forward an offer. I find it astonishing that you have to pay a fee to be vetted, ahead of making an offer - an offer that can be withdrawn at anytime! I’ve been buying and selling properties for over 35 years and never once experienced this. Paying the fee doesn’t guarantee or make me any better purchaser than the next. Especially if it’s a basic search. The office staff were fairly helpful but one employee stood out head and shoulders above his colleagues - Andrew Francis is one of the best property sales managers that I’ve come across and having sold lots of properties people like him are the key to keeping the deal on the table.

Fantastic, excellent and professional service from start to finish. Beginning with Toby who introduced us to the property, then handing the baton to Andrew to proceed and oversee completion of the sale.
We were kept informed with at least a weekly status report, helping to keep our anxiety levels low.
I can not recommend the Devizes branch enough..... very professional with a customer care approach second to none.

I cannot recommend Jones Robinson Devizes highly enough. From the initial valuation to finally selling my mother's house, they have been professional, yet friendly. They've always kept me informed and been very supportive. It's been a lengthy process, due to the financial climate, but They've continued to work to a satisfactory conclusion. Though it took time to sell my late mother’s flat located in central Devizes, Andrew Francis at Jones Robinson kept me in the loop as to what was happening. It was not easy selling a flat following on from the pandemic. We found there were many flats for sale and prices dropped owing to the economy. However, Andrew worked hard to assist a purchaser once they’d expressed an interest and for the fact they too had a property to sell. Andrew took him by the hand and guided him through the process. We had several hiccups but perseverance paid off. Though we had to drop our price; Andrew was most helpful. Thank you.
