Our experience with Allen & Harris was professional and they showed an interest in our needs when purchasing a property in Devizes. We wish to give a special thank you to James and Millie who invited us in and showed interest in what we were looking for. James made us feel relaxed and comfortable and even got us a very welcomed cup of tea. We received a wonderful service from Allen & Harris in Devizes and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We honestly feel that some other agents could learn a thing or two from them.

So I feel that this is a fair review, my ex partner had the house valued by Allen & Harris on 24th January 2017 at a much higher value than we had expected. Photographs were taken, come spring no offers so I telephoned Allen & Harris to ask if new photographs could be taken as the garden photo was taken in January had a frosty look and with the season changing I thought that if they were wanting to sell our house then that wasn't too much to ask for. I was very rudely told that if we wanted new updated photographs then we would have to pay for a professional photographer! As if we hadn't already been charged enough for their services.
So finally in May we received an offer of £30,000 less than we had expected. Then the nightmare began, we continually had to chase and despite Kate promising to phone my self and my ex partner she seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth. Calls were NEVER returned! To our amazement Kate turned out at the house we were selling on the day of completion to make sure all was okay. If you are wanting to sell your house and looking for a pro-active team then please do not use the Devizes office.

Pains me to give this lot 1 star! I registered with them a year ago. They’ve never contacted me with any potential jobs. I think they’re the type of agency who care about a certain profession/companies/people. Your cv has to be gold for this lot to find you something. There are other agencies in Oxford who are much more efficient, find you jobs and stay in contact. You don’t even get spam emails from this lot, that’s how s**t they are. Other agencies send you emails regarding progression, training, cv & interview tops. This place is overrated!!

Purchased my first home, Patrick & James managed my case. Being a first time buyer is very daunting, I was extremely nervous about the process in the beginning, however, the service they both provided was absolutely amazing & made me feel at ease.They always ensured that everything that had to be in place, was in place.
