Emailed to ask for a viewing of a house, was called by (apparently) the head office and told it would be booked in. We arranged our day around the viewing and got excited to view what looked like a really lovely house. I got a bad feeling the day we were meant to view it as I hadn't had any confirmation email and was told that I hadn't been booked in at all. I then asked to book it in for another evening and my details were taken this time. Again, arranged our day around the viewing, didn't receive a confirmation email. Rang again and was told that it hadn't been booked in, they didn't have my details on the database and the vendor had said they only wanted people that were ready to buy to view the house and because mine is going through the process of being put on the market, that I couldn't view it. Absolute joke. Wasted so much of our time. AND they had the balls to ask if we needed an estate agent to put our house on the market - as if I would go anywhere near them now. Will be avoiding any houses that are being sold by them now and in the future.... Read more

Glowing review for Lee We couldn't have asked for more from Lee at Allen & Harris Devizes and were so lucky to have him on our case. My partner and I, as first time buyers, buying a property which was vacant with no chain thought it would be relatively plain sailing, unfortunately we seemed to hit every hurdle possible but Lee was there every step of the way working tiresomely to get everything sorted.
