They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. The current climate did lead to some challenges along the way, although the teams professionalism and knowledge of the market helped to smooth these out with ease. Very professional and easy to work with.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no question was ever treated as a silly question. They were always happy to explain things to me and make sure I understood what was happening, which made such a difference, especially when I was feeling overwhelmed. They were always there to help, chase things up when needed and, most importantly, reassure me whenever I started to panic! Their support made the whole process so much less stressful. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better estate agents and would highly recommend Mursells to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the future. Thank you so much, Lawrence and Wendy, for everything you’ve done for us!
