We were extremely satisfied to have such proactive estate agent managing our first home purchased. Could not recommend Lily and Mayfair enough, the process was streamlined as much as possible with the given circumstances. Thanks again to Lily and the team and Mayfair in Beaminster.
13th Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)5 stars aren't enough to rate the experience I had today. :) Moving home can be very stressful, but Eleni from the Lymington branch was an absolute star and made it the best experience I've had in years. Eleni was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and her positivity was absolutely contagious. I started the experience with high anxiety, and feeling like if I not only found my dream home but also a "friend". I lived in 6 different countries, moved over 20 times and this has been by far the best experience out of all of them. Couldn't recommend the services more.

29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

Great communication and took the time to explain different things we didn’t fully understand! We felt like we were in good hands and he made sure everything was smooth for us! 6th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)The valuation representative was very competent, courteous, supportive and very observant, understanding why things had been designed the way they are. The photographer presenting our property was more thoughtful and his pictures were better than others. From feedback received, it was clear that this agent actively, and positively, sells the advantages of the property to viewers. Finally this agent has been innovative with the intent of getting everything right.

19th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

11th Oct 2025 (25 weeks ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

28th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I can’t recommend Danehurst Estate Agents enough! After struggling to sell my property with two larger estate agents (and being left unimpressed with their services) I chose Danehurst Estate agents based on a friend’s recommendation and I’m really glad I made the switch. They were far more effective and proactive and offered a level of personalised service the other agents didn’t come close to. It’s fair to say my property wasn’t the most straightforward sale, but they handled the challenges calmly and professionally, always staying on top of things and keeping the process moving. Their communication was flawless throughout. They were quick to respond, kept us well informed, and were always available to answer questions or offer reassurance when needed. We also really appreciated their recommendations for a mortgage broker and solicitor, both of whom we ended up using and were equally impressed with. Overall, we Danehurst truly went above and beyond at several points during the process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others looking to buy or sell.
26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!
9th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)I have been nothing but extremely impressed by the care, speed of responses and overall dealing with this company. Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.

20th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I can't praise the service I received from Berkeleys - and the amazing Ellie in particular! - highly enough. The process of renting through them was smooth from start to finish, with any query or concern always being responded to promptly. That level of service has continued beyond move in day - when I left for a period and forgot to empty the bins, Ellie came to the rescue! Above and beyond or what? :-)
