Everyone at Goadsbys has been so professional, so helpful and so friendly and reassuring. The whole team has acted wisely throughout all the negotiations and guided us through some rough patches. We have been in good and safe hands throughout the marketing and the sale itself and we are delighted to be able to successfully move near our daughter early in the New Year. We could not have been more pleased with the service Goadsbys has given us and we highly recommend them. I shall miss the frequent, friendly contact!

They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.- 2nd May 2025 (1 year ago)I was very pleased with the service provided by my estate agent. Their local market knowledge was excellent, and the valuation of my property proved to be spot on. The advertising was professional, with great photography and well-handled viewings, helping the sale progress smoothly. I felt the service was good value for money, and overall performance was strong throughout. The only reason I haven’t given five stars across the board is due to occasional delays in communication, though when contact was made, the responses were helpful and professional.

They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.

13th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)Absolute waste of time. I spent over 24 hours repeatedly trying to make contact, only to be told in the end that the property was no longer available. This level of communication is completely unacceptable, and it makes you wonder whether landlords are aware of how poorly enquiries are being handled. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience and a regular occurance by the look of other reviews..
