4th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. The current climate did lead to some challenges along the way, although the teams professionalism and knowledge of the market helped to smooth these out with ease. Very professional and easy to work with.

It was a tough market and had a couple of fall throughs but these guys stuck with it, always realistic and proactive.<br>Communication was fantastic, always updating us and keeping in touch.
