Me and my family are planning on relocating to Sussex to be near family and give my kids a better life as we live in London. we found this lovely house got accepted tho great let's get everything moving getting references done so my partner put in his notice at work as his a support work has been for over 8 years and hours are not flexible 14 hours days plus sleep in so he got job thats more flexible so can look for work in the new area. Explained all this even said we would pay a few months in advance then get rejected coz my partner not having a stable job how that make sense.

20th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)We recently purchased a property through Taylors Brislington, and the process was very straight forward. We encountered many of the standard solicitors delays as to be expected (no fault of the agents), however Maisie and Tom were always on the ball when it came to chasing 3rd parties for answers to keep the process moving forward. Polite, friendly and informative service - much better than what we had previously experienced at neighbouring agents and I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors Brislington to anyone else looking to purchase property in the local area. We will be using them again for certain.

David showed us around a number of properties, and his laid-back and friendly approach was very much appreciated. No over-selling or pushing properties that weren't for us. In every home where the seller was still in the property, David was greated with warmth, which we saw as a great sign. He was very knowledgeable about each home, and seemed to know every seller and their circumstances well. We found a property we loved with Archers and David was kind and patient in explaining the process and keeping us updated at every step. I would highly recommend Archers & Partners, and would definitely use them for any future moves.
21st Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)They´re OK, I doubt no worse than any other letting agent in the town that charge 12%. They appear to respond pretty quickly jobs don´t appear too badly priced.

As a very very inexperienced house mover (twice in 73 years!) they put me at ease, explained all of the extensive paperwork involved in renting in detail and eased the process. They accomodated my availability for viewing time and kept me informed of progress as it moved through landlord acceptance and completion. There was even a welcome box with some very handy discounts (which I have used). Your Move Polegate made the whole process of moving as stress-free as it could possibly be. Thank you.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

We switched to HW after our existing agents were not getting much relevant interest and were making mistakes, missing appointments etc. HW were friendly professional and supportive, we dealt with Niaombh and Adam who I can thoroughly recommend!
15th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Absolutely 5 star service from Vicky at H2O homes! I was temporarily without heating last week and she and a colleague came round in minutes with heaters. Vicky could not have been more helpful and caring. Next time I’m renting a holiday flat I will go to her first! Highly recommend this company.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers.
