14th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

Rafael, Carolyn and the entire team were efficient, approachable and quick to act on whatever needed doing. A huge thank you to David too. His calm approach and good communication skills were just right in keeping both parties on track and sailing gently into port! Personally we can highly recommend Oakley Lewes and will raise a glass to the team on completion day.

They were friendly and unflappable throughout the whole process and we are grateful to them. Finally, completion day arrived and we picked up the keys. Happiness all round.

She always answered my questions quickly and reassured me throughout the process. I moved into my flat with no issues thanks to them! Would recommend!
11th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible service, don’t know what they are doing, push you to the point where you get frustrated with them, then they use that as a reason to be rude on the phone. Advert said communal parking…..now being told it’s allocated, which is fine but the lady was very rude about it. Had to chase the inventory twice a week for a month…. Then it said a window was working that was not…. Before we rented the building we were promised someone would contact us to repair a hole in the wall….guess what NOTHING had happened. I will not be using this company again it’s just the worst

Was told in depth about the property which we ended up purchasing with Dan who was supportive and helped us as first time buyers throughout the stages and has been a massive help. He’s a great member of their team and very helpful would definitely recommend to a friends and Family.

24th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)I just wanted to say what an asset Adam Nazarko is to your sales team. He does things right and it is refreshing to see. Arriving at properties, in advance and ensuring they look their best (such as opening bi-folding doors or lighting candles). He also has a print out of the property details, which not all agents have. He regularly kept me informed of properties and those that were yet to go on the market - Well done.
