14th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Leaper Stanbrook did a brilliant job for us. They sold our flat 3 times at the asking price. That the first two sales fell through had nothing to do them. Simply symptomatic of our crazy system. Having both bought and sold successfully through Leaper Stanbrook I would not hesitate to recommend them.
25th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)As seller, I had to chase up everything..they did not put any effort in my sale...even viewings were done unprofessionally..feedbacks sometimes texted, if at all.. hopeless.. i would say too many properties on their books

Whilst she was acting for the seller, she was able to help throughout the conveyancing process and proved to be a gateway between the parties. Always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I really big thank you for helping is buy the house of our dreams.

Ben and the rest of the team in Battle Office couldn't have been more helpful. charming and professional. It was the first time I've bought a property on my own and I felt I was in very safe hands throughout. They definitely deserve 5+ stars and my sincere thanks.- 6th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the service from Savills. We had got down to a choice of two agents and decided to use Savills because my eldest daughter had been so pleased with the effort the Cranbrook branch went to in order to overcome some last minute obstacles with her chain and keep her sale on track. This was definitely the right decision. The commission was competitively priced and overall we feel it was very easy from start to finish. The photos looked great, as did the write up. The team who showed people round the house were on time, with good feedback where they had any. Becky’s involvement throughout the entire process was definitely beneficial and all your help at the 11th hour to get it over the line to meet the buyers incredibly tight deadline was much appreciated. It’s not easy to go from offer to completed in 6 weeks, but we made it! So thank you for your professional yet warm and friendly service, which was very much appreciated.
7th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)I just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team at Crane & Co who sold my property in Pevensey. At first, I was doubtful about the price banding they endorse; surely the price is the price, but once they took the time to explain the benefits, it made complete sense, and I was convinced. Regarding the photographs of my property, Crane & Co have a very keen eye for detail indeed. Josh did the 3D tour and by the time they were finished editing and perfecting them, I must admit, I hardly recognised my own home, in a good way of course! The property description was expertly written with a real sense of passion & care. All viewings were done by the lovely Julie, who always has a big smile. She was always warm and friendly with my potential buyers and incredibly complimentary about my home! It obviously worked because immediately after the initial viewings, I received 2 offers, both exceeding my expectations! I was in no doubt this was due to Crane & Co’s expert marketing and knowledgeable team. My sale was then progressed by Amy with Katie the office manager overseeing, I was constantly updated at every stage by either phone or email and I never felt in the dark. Upon exchange I got a very thoughtful ‘moving home checklist’, which came in handy. What I thought would be an incredibly stressful time, was actually rather easy and stress free. Although admittedly their fee was higher than the rest, I truly believe and was proven right on this occasion ‘you get what you pay for!’ What more can I say… I honestly can’t thank you all enough. You all did a tremendous job! Joshua.

We switched to HW after our existing agents were not getting much relevant interest and were making mistakes, missing appointments etc. HW were friendly professional and supportive, we dealt with Niaombh and Adam who I can thoroughly recommend!

I have to thank Chris at the Lewes branch very much for his tireless efforts to get the transaction to this point, and for putting up with all my questions (first time buyer). He's been a great point of contact, who obviously cares about sorting things out for all involved in the best way. Garry and Gareth, and in fact everyone at the Lewes branch have been really helpful and friendly. That makes a lot of difference if you've never done this before, so it was very much appreciated.
6th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Keen enthusiastic and friendly staff badly let down by corporate rules and an inflexible IT/software setup which did not enable them to present the property as we wanted. They did get viewings but not many of them were suited to the property age or needs wise. We also didn't like the hard sell 'upgrade' charges they tried to foist on us at the point of signing up, or the never before heard of extortionate 'uplift' commission for a sale over the asking price which was not pointed out to me, and I got them to cancel. Very corporate and money grubbing. - not the fault of the lovely staff.
