I'm Trace Barnes!<br><br>I have been very impressed with the whole Polegate team throughout the sale of my house in Seaford and the proposed purchase of another within the local area. Molly, coincidentally, moved from one branch to the other and has personally taken care of my move from start to the present final stages of the purchase. She is personable, caring, efficient and experienced in the business. I have felt that I have been in 'safe hands' throughout.<br><br>Well done Fox and Sons, Polegate.
7th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)We haven’t bought a house YET from Crane&Co. However, despite the beautiful house we were shown, Dan was an amazing host. He answered all our questions, made us feel so welcomed as if it was his own home, welcoming guests into and even answered questions we didn’t even know we needed to ask. 10/10 customer service

20th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Like many others, all they want is your signature on the agreement, they put it on rightmove etc and that's it. No one does any work anymore. Not even a call from them after going "live". Not recommended.
10th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I had a great experience viewing flats today. The agent, Scarlett, was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable on the properties. It was especially good given Fox and Sons would be managing the let, knowing that their agent is so approachable. Gave me plenty of confidence as a potential renter.
