Thanks to Dan, Hobby, Elaine, Charlotte, and the rest of the Eastleigh team.

Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

Liam was extremely helpful during the viewing—very warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel comfortable. Anais was also amazing—very kind, responsive, and always quick to sort things out whenever I called. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, the whole team was great and genuinely helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend!

15th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)Hunters say they were “started in 1992, founded on the firm principles of excellent customer service, unrivalled pro-activity and achieving the best possible results for our customers. These principles still stand firm.” That was absolutely not our experience. We were shown a flat for rent that had actual cat faeces on the floor. The estate agents knew about the condition before the viewing and still went ahead with it. This wasn’t just messy — it was a biohazard. This was the most disgusting property I have ever been in, caked in grime, dust, left over food and actual animal waste smeared on the floor and left there by current tenants. It looked like something from a documentary about hoarders and do not get me started on the actual stench of the place. I actually felt sorry for the estate agent. She was put in the most embarrassing position imaginable, forced to show clients around a flat covered in cat faeces. That is not “excellent customer service” by any stretch. Total lack of respect for potential tenants’ time and health. Avoid if this is the standard of property Hunters think is acceptable to show. The photos advertised did NOT reflect the property in real life at all. I left the viewing feeling sick. Hunters, please have some respect and consideration for prospective tenants time and effort to come to these viewings instead of falsely advertising. The most awful experience of being shown a flat in my whole life.- 16th Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)I've recently done a mortgage with Henry at Morris Dibben and it's been such a smooth sailing process. He's answered every question I've had, explained everything in detail and has kept me updated the whole way through. Everyone in the office has been very welcoming and polite too - I would definitely recommend.

We found their local property knowledge and professionalism, under Andrew’s stewardship, to be second to none, with honest and timely advice throughout. We have recommended Charters to others, who have also been very happy with the service.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marco Harris to anyone who’s selling their property. Thank you!
