Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.

6th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Complete waste of time and money. Zero communication fake viewings recorded on my account. Staff I originally dealt with all quit and i was left without a sales person. Sale board and listing removed without my knowledge or consent. If i could claim my money back i would but they wont respond to any emails letters or Complaints- 5th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Toby Gullick was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process.
