I was liaising with Maisie throughout & she was always very helpful, friendly & prompt with her responses when I had any queries. She took the time to go through the initial application form with me & provided me with good recommendations for a solicitor & property surveyor. As a first time buyer it was a bit of a nerve-wracking process but to know I had someone I could contact & get quick answers from really helped. I can definitely recommend Newton Fallowell for house purchases.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
