19th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.
25th Feb 2025 (12 weeks ago)We used Your Ipswich to sell our first home, the whole process was smooth and quickly managed from start to finish. Our home was marketed accurately and viewings were performed well around our schedule. We dealt mainly with Karl who seemed down to earth and honest and he was the main reason we went with Your Ipswich. They also had the best rates compared to other agents in our area and provided incentives for sellers which was a bonus. Would definitely use them again for our next sale.
