We recently purchased a property through John Wood in Seaton and have to say the team there Beth, Nicki & Hannah went above and beyond for us. We were purchasing an older property which needed a lot of work and was a little out of our comfort zone so we wanted to meet there with surveyors, builders etc to get an idea of what needed doing and John Wood ensured we had all the appointments (property was vacant) necessary for our peace of mind. Thank you for a great service we’ve received. The whole team has been fantastic. The sales support team were attentive, professional and positive at all times. GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.... Read more
