29th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)My experience with Walker Laird was very good. We gave them the keys for the house and they showed everyone round the property. Arranging all of the viewings themselves. The house sold within 2 weeks without any problems.
13th Oct 2017 (8 years ago)Our flat was on the market for 9 months, our experience was up and down with selling with castlehead. I feel like we could have been listened more, issues would have been resovled sooner. Job done in end, house sold in the end????

She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. I'd highly recommend the mortgage advice service at Allen and Harris Paisley.

They sold my property incredibly quickly, helped me achieve the best possible price, and supported me throughout the entire selling process.<br><br>What really stands out about Countrywide is their customer service. Every member of the team was kind, professional, efficient, and always willing to help. As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated how supportive, patient, and understanding they were. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.<br><br>I would like to sincerely thank everyone who was involved in the sale of my flat. Please pass on my gratitude to the whole team. I am so happy that I chose Countrywide, and I would absolutely use them again if I ever need to buy or sell a property in the future.<br><br>If you’re thinking about choosing an estate agent, don’t hesitate. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

I cannot praise Lynsey and Robert for all they're professional helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended!- 5th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have used Pennylane for a number of years to look after a rented flat and they are by far the best agent I have used. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.
