5 STARS to the entire team, I highly recommend Martin & Co don't even go anywhere else. They have gone above and beyond for me and I'm super grateful for their extra time and understanding of my unusual situation. I'm moving internationally and no one, NO OTHER AGENCY would take me seriously or respond to any of my online enquiries until I met Huzaifa. Within 24hrs he had a virtual viewing arranged with Lynda who despite being super busy took her time to show me every detail, patiently answer all my bizarre questions (I don't know how things work in Glasgow) and even sent me a selfie outside the office cause I suddenly got freaked it was a scam, I'm so sorry about that! There is not a more honest or hardworking company in Glasgow, and it's Lynda and Huzaifa at the heart of it. They jumped through hoops of fire and moved mountains to make this work for me. I know I'm a quirky client and they found me a suitably quirky and delightful new apartment. They are willing to do everything virtually (no one else in Glasgow does that) the process was extremely organized, professional and fast with many a good laugh along the way as I figured out the mysterious process of Glasgow Real Estate! I'm so fortunate to have met Huzaifa and Lynda, they wanted me to get this apartment as much as I dreamed about it and they made it happen for me. Excellent communication, fast turnaround of paperwork, friendly funny and kind. Yes they even sent me their private Whatsapps. Yes they text me on Saturdays, dealt with the time difference, fully supported me, offered great advice which I followed to the 'T' and now I have a new home! Overall, our experience with Martin & Co as international students was quite positive. It was our first time apartment hunting, and Huzaifa helped us with all of our small and big queries. The process was fast, and they were responsive as well. However, one aspect that could be improved upon is the handling of the inventory checklist. Future customers and letting agents should be more cautious in ensuring that new tenants are informed about any damages present in the apartment during the checks. This includes what will be fixed, replaced, or if there are any issues that cannot be addressed. This would help new tenants be better prepared for their moving date. After that inventory check, this was the only thing we were not very happy about. Additionally, for future tenants, we advise checking everything thoroughly during the viewing, as you may not always get the chance to view the property multiple times. Having said that Despite this, after our move, Martin & Co agents namely Huzaifa and Namrah were quite helpful in getting things fixed promptly. Thankyou... Read more

Lynda goes above and beyond! We had such an incredible experience with Lynda as our agent. We weren't sold on the first flat we saw, so we told her directly our needs. Lynda made time that day and the next to show us multiple properties that were suited to our needs. She seemed to know the market well and understand our needs perfectly!
