We has initial personal conversation with Paul , the owner who explained the whole process such as time, timescales and fees and then we’re handed over to the wider team who were confident and pleasant throughout. Square Room handled the viewings which was a great weight of my mind and their communication was outstanding. From confirmation bookings to follow up calls. As I was acting as POA on behalf of my father, I was concerned things wouldn’t always be communicated to me, how wrong could I have been. I even recommended Square Room to a couple of friends who were selling their house. A big thank you to all the team at Square Room.

However the day has finally arrived, and I can not go without saying a great big thankyou to the lady that kept me sane through the whole process. Gail Dyson you have no idea how much you helped me to keep my stress levels at a low, the constant phone calls that I made to you and not once showed any impatience or annoyance, which I could not have done. You are truly amazing at your job, extremely professional, and kept the reputation of Tiger estates to an all time high. I sincerely hope that you are recognised with in your company for all your hard work and efforts that you showed me , as I am sure you show to others. 25th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Stephen Tew has done everything he promised, the way he said he'll do it, and it's worked. It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.
18th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)I contacted the agency regarding a property I was interested in buying and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I first sent an email with some basic questions and waited a couple of days, but received no response. I then called the sales department directly to follow up. The person I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and came across as irritated, giving only short and abrupt answers to simple questions. To make matters worse, I was hung up on twice during the conversation. As a potential buyer, I expected clear communication, patience, and basic courtesy. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. Buying a property is a serious decision, and good communication from an agency is extremely important. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to deal with them again.

16th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)This family run business is just fabulous from start to finish they were so knowledgeable and helpful my sale fell through a number of times but they sorted it out and got it sold again almost immediately. Cannot fault Susan Eve you won’t be disappointed

Although probably the most stressful of times as is widely known, their professionalism shone through right up to the point we collected our keys. Attention to detail was excellent, kept informed at every step of the process and nothing was too much trouble. Fees were reasonably priced also.
