I recently had the best experience with the William h Brown team in Harlow especially Amber, Chloe, Holly and James! They really took the time to understand what I needed and went above to help me ensure I got the perfect place for me. I can’t have asked for a more well rounded group of people. From the very first phone call with Holly and Chloe (full of warmth, care and really hearing me as a client and as person) too meeting Amber (who is just the best, full of kindness but also just knowing her stuff! As well as being attentive/understanding of what a client truly needs to be happy in a property)- to asking James some more questions about bits and bobs; honestly the whole experience was truly how it should be pleasant, simple, clean and reassuring when needed!
