The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. I am very impressed with our recent experience with the Stratford upon Avon Hamptons branch. The lettings team did a fantastic job in finding us new tenants after our previous occupant gave notice. Morgan was fantastic and arranged block viewings very quickly and agreed a brilliant deal for us in no time at all. Matthew provided a TV-quality video walkthrough of my property, alongside high-quality photographs and impressive aerial drone footage. His timing was efficient, and he was flexible in accommodating our schedule from start to finish. His knowledge of marketing and the local property market proved invaluable, resulting in all of our viewings being completed within a single weekend and the forthcoming offers to purchase following quickly. His valuation of my property and estimated timescale for the sale were accurate to the last pound, and we sold within the predicted timeframe with very little stress. Most importantly, Matthew offered a genuinely personal approach that gave us confidence and reassurance throughout the transaction. We were selling our first home after living there for ten years, so it wasn’t an easy decision to leave. However, Matthew went above and beyond his role by answering our questions, offering thoughtful advice when appropriate, and guiding us whenever we needed support.
