She was responsive to my involvement in setting the price and organised viewings in a most efficient manner. On the whole it was easy to contact McGinn for advice and support through the pre-completion phase. Nice to have a very local office. Would thoroughly recommend the service.

27th Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)Not impressed with my experience as a potential seller or purchaser. Would give them a lot less than 1 star if it was possible. We had a valuation over a month ago, agent could not give us a valuation at the time and had to speak to her boss and heard nothing since. Really odd since they had sold another almost identical house 2 roads away away 2 or 3 weeks earlier? When queried during my potential purchase viewing was told they had e-mail issues I can only assume they did not have a phone, clearly they didn't want the business? Thankfully we booked 2 valuations that day and chose the other agent who not only gave us a valuation whilst he was here we were also given more confidence in the service on offer. It was the right decision as we sold in a week, but the one shipways sold took about 3 months or so. I made an offer as a purchaser which was increased as I was told by the agent it would be accepted. Then I was asked to increase further so it would be taken off the market as I wasn't sold but they knew this when the offers were made, and it was even on the offer email. A couple of days later when I was sold and after a week of being given the run around by the agent who would be in meetings, viewings and other calls when I tried to contact her I decided to withdraw my offer as could no longer trust what I was being told. Whilst I understand they have to be led by the vendor honesty and trust should be integral to any negotiation. Not sure how you would know the sellers thoughts and movements if you can't contact them?

He produced an accurate floor plan and his excellent photos showed off the house beautifully. Viewings were scheduled promptly and the team conducted most of these. Excellent and comprehensive service and all for a very fair fee. Highly recommended!

They were all superb throughout the whole process. Everyone of the team are really friendly and approachable. If I had any queries they would always make time for me to give advice and explain the process clearly. Which was so reassuring especially when you know you have their support through what can be a stressful process. Thanks to Jeremy and the team our dream of a new home has become a reality.

James was quick to reply to phone calls and messages to make sure everything was perfect. We can’t fault Edward either who took some amazing photos of our home. Once the photos were done our house was on the market within 10 hours! I would definitely recommend king homes to everyone that needs to sell their house.
