H&P have managed our rental property in Henley over the last couple of years. Kelly has always been quick to find tenants and is an excellent problem solver. Any issues have always been dealt with quickly and without fuss.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the team whether making a purchase of managing a rental property.

From start to finish, Russell has kept me updated throughout the whole process of buying my house. He has been on the ball and excellent communication has been given and speaking to solicitors too. I would definitely use Hawkins and Patterson again in the future. I am really happy in my new house and Sharon the seller is such a lovely person to.

Russell dealt with our sale with utmost professionalism; he was reassuring with all our questions and anxieties regarding moving house. We recently bought a house and the assistant of Russell was crucial in the process. It was not a straightforward sale and Russell was by our side all the way, always helpful and doing so much for us. His assistance was beyond expected and very much appreciated. Highly recommend dealing with the company, specially with Russell who is an exceptional professional.

Amazing and personal service. Russel is a great estate agent and became like family to us. The experience of buying our first home was made great because of Russel. He was always happy to help and was honest and kind the whole way through. Communication was great throughout and we always felt in the know which was very important to us as the property we were purchasing was going through probate.
We had plenty of visits to the property and Russel was always happy to assist. Viewing properties from other estate agents vs Hawkins & Patterson was like night and day! We felt very taken care of listened to. We would definitely recommend Hawkins & Patterson to anyone looking to buy or sell!

After a horrendous service from a top Estate Agent in Solihull, we found Russell at Hawkins &Patterson who basically saved the day. We had found the house we wanted but due to very poor service from the previous estate agents mismanagement of our buyers, that sale fell through after months of poor customer service, not listening to our instructions and generally leading us down the garden path. Our sellers were willing to wait for us and so we instructed Hawkins & Patterson who were exceptional. Russell came round, valued and marketed the property within hours and we had potential buyers view the house within days. Russell managed the whole thing. The continuity proved to have worked. With the previous agent each step was managed by someone different and that’s where valuable information and knowledge was lost. Our house was sold within days and from then on Russell managed our buyers through the whole process which only too five weeks to completion! Without going over and above we would have lost our dream home and we can’t recommend Hawkins &Patterson enough. Thank you!!!

We have just sold our house and purchased an apartment. Our estate agent was Russell from Hawkins and Paterson.
I would highly recommend this company, we received excellent service, nothing was to much trouble.
Communication from our agent Russell was first class throughout the process. Telephone calls were returned, emails answered promptly, text updates were received and our consent was sought before any decisions were made.
Prospective purchasers were escorted around our property.
The presentation of the property on Rightmove was excellent.
Russell took a lot of the stress out of the whole process.
We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Russ did the sale of my house recently
I found the whole experience from start to finish easy with his years of experience and expertise
I would recommend him and his team highly in both selling and buying
My sale went through fast because of him and I would say to anybody looking for someone he is there from start to finish, beside you all the way, nothing is to much trouble for him, he explains everything and answering emails out of hours
Whether you are a first time buyer or not in my case
I certainly couldn't have done it without him!!!
