Amazing and personal service. Russel is a great estate agent and became like family to us. The experience of buying our first home was made great because of Russel. After a horrendous service from a top Estate Agent in Solihull, we found Russell at Hawkins &Patterson who basically saved the day. We had found the house we wanted but due to very poor service from the previous estate agents mismanagement of our buyers, that sale fell through after months of poor customer service, not listening to our instructions and generally leading us down the garden path. Our sellers were willing to wait for us and so we instructed Hawkins & Patterson who were exceptional. Russell came round, valued and marketed the property within hours and we had potential buyers view the house within days. Russell managed the whole thing. The continuity proved to have worked. With the previous agent each step was managed by someone different and that’s where valuable information and knowledge was lost. Our house was sold within days and from then on Russell managed our buyers through the whole process which only too five weeks to completion! I would highly recommend this company, we received excellent service, nothing was to much trouble. Communication from our agent Russell was first class throughout the process. Telephone calls were returned, emails answered promptly, text updates were received and our consent was sought before any decisions were made.
