If it had not been for the wonderful assistance given to us by Hannah and Alicia at Watton branch this sale would never have reached exchange. Alicia helped us through the initial process with completion of the online forms which would have been a nightmare without her. Jade was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I think we would've lost our minds had it not been for Jade and all her support and help. We hadn't sold and bought before so it was a little daunting but Jade answered every question we had a gave us reassurance throughout the process.
