I mainly dealt with Greg, who is personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They managed to get my house sale through in good time in a very tricky market, well done guys! We were very happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

2nd Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)I was very disappointed with the lack of any interest in my property. I was constantly told that sales in the area were virtually nil, and to reduce the price, this brought no more interest at all to the table. I decided to take my property off the market, at least until my contract time with Chewton rose is up.

24th Jun 2019 (4 years ago)If you are a landlord DO NOT USE THIS FIRM for your management. I'm a landlord and I asked for ByChoice to manage my property. In the time they have managed my property I have had 2 tenants and on both occasions ByChoice failed completely. First time I can understand but second time shows there is something fundamentally wrong with ByChoice. They take a management fee but I can assure you do not manage ANYTHING. Their quarterly inspection reports are an absolute joke - it is an email/document with a 1 word sentence advising that they visited and there is nothing to report. I can guarantee that they do not carry out any inspections as they have no idea what is going on at the property and the tenants do not see them. My first tenant decided not to pay rent and ByChoice didn't report this back to me until I reported it to them ----- apparently this is my fault and I should have reported earlier. Once the first tenant left, we obtained the next set of tenants as ByChoice was incapable of finding anyone and due to the experience of the first tenant as well as the fact I had no confidence in them actually inspecting my property I asked for photographic evidence which they AGREED TO. A year on and I have had no photographic evidence. When escalating the issue to the Director, Emma Turner, I was told that this again was my fault and we should have chased from the beginning which we had been via email so we have evidence of this. What tipped me over the edge is the fact that they started to use SCARE TACTICS with my tenant after I expressed my displeasure with their management. They told my tenant that I was going to raise the rent and also was looking to sell my property which left my tenant looking for a new home. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MALICIOUS TO SAY THE LEAST! Emma Turner is the Director of this firm and honestly speaking is incapable and a disgrace to the Director title. Harsh as it seems she has no idea what is going on (I feel sorry for the inexperienced staff that work there as they are inexperienced/come across as they are inexperienced), unprofessional, doesn't return phone calls, doesn't stand by her commitments, doesn't stand by what her employees commit to, doesn't acknowledge failures even when there is evidence hitting her square in the face and worst of all, just fobs you off to the complaints department to avoid having to take any responsibility. Save yourselves the hassle and the management fee - I've definitely been paying for a non existent service for 2+ years.

27th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Awful, awful, awful. A word of warning if you are considering these lazy, unprofessional agents. They tied us into a 16 week +28day contract which they used as an excuse to do the bare minimum and NOT sell our house.
2nd Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

(2 reviews)5th May 2023 (1 year ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this organisation, they are misleading, dishonest and unprofessional Charles White and his team struggle to deal with any query in a prompt or honest fashion, full of prattle and nonsense!!! Little to no knowledge of market or conditions, just you self-serving jargon to waste your time. If you are looking for property professionals swerve this crowd.
