We have had a rocky time selling our house, with buyers pulling out for various reasons, and Sophie has been by our side being positive and supportive throughout. We have finally sold and exchanged and are nearing completion, but every time I ring or message Sophie, she replies straight away or gets back in such a short time. She is an absolute asset, and I would highly recommend Bairstow Eves and Sophie. She is so invested in helping out and genuinely has made this hard journey so much smoother. Thank you..!!

Skilfully nurturing a complex chain to achieve closure and help us secure the house of our dreams. They took the lead amongst five properties / agents, ensuring momentum was maintained, where without their professional intervention, the chain would undoubtably have collapsed on more than one occasion. For their expert knowledge, marketing, negotiations, comms, and that much needed personal touch on the emotional rollercoaster of everything a house move throws at you – all FIVE STAR..!

2nd Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)After being on the market for a long time with two other estate agents, Eleanor agreed to pick up the baton for us. Wow, we had viewings within 24 hours and sold within a week.
30th Apr 2025 (17 days ago)Poor communication photos were not very good as was the description beyond minimal all communication once on market was instigated by myself only interested in selling there solicitors and mortgages as where they make there money have changed to leaders and so far service is much higher

14th May 2025 (3 days ago)David Burr were not actually the agent for the sale of my property but I wish they were! My dealings with them were all related to the purchase however, I wish they had been responsible for both. Without Richard, Tim & Gemma supporting me with the sales progression and negotiation, I do not believe things would have happened both as quickly and as smoothly as they did. My agents never called to follow up, but the team at DB were providing me weekly updates (sometimes twice weekly/daily) on what was happening with the whole chain, it was an amazing service that I was extremely grateful for considering they were making no financial gain from me. We managed to go from agreed sale to completion in 9 weeks which is unheard of these days and it's all thanks to them. If I ever sold again, there would be only one agent I would use, no question, and that's Richard & Tim at David Burr Castle Hedingham. This review is kind of my way of saying thank you for making this extremely stressful experience all the better. If you read this, don't go anywhere else. Rob R.
28th Apr 2025 (19 days ago)Any contact with Leaders, Halstead had, refreshingly, been promptly answered by Paige, she appears very knowledgeable and most happy to help. Their advertising must be good, as our first viewer had been in the first week of being on the market. Liam had telephoned to discuss the outcome, and explain that, on this occasion, the viewing had been unsuccessful, but had taken the time to give us further advice, and we now eagerly await further interest.

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

I’d seen Nick’s agency and I thought that his experience and approach would be more suited to us and we were absolutely not disappointed. Responsive, highly experienced, patient, professional and hands on, just what we needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Craig and his team were superb throughout , making sure that all issues were resolved and ensuring that all our chain managed to complete on the required day. 27th Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)I have been in my property for 26 years and was nervous and apprehensive to start. I had 3 estate agents round first and Stuart was the forth. I had spoken to him on the phone first and felt comfortable talking to him We had an open day on Saturday and today is Thursday and have got more than the asking price. Honestly I would recommend presidential estates 100% Thank you Stuart
