Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.
5th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)If you're selling a house, I can definitely recommend Cheffins. I was undecided on whether to sell or not. It was no problem for Cheffins and Ryan in Sales arranged a valuation visit and discussed the options. Having decided to sell, Cheffins took care of the rest, including keeping an eye on the vacant property for me. It all went as smoothly as possible. If you need an estate agent, give Cheffins a call. Not just sales, they're great for lettings too.

19th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone as they were deliberately ruined my almost done deal with the landlord a commercial property in Halstead High street Without valid reason the agent cancelled my application and r relisted The property with higher rent All credit checks done and full deposit was made on December 2025 And cancelled on April 2026 Ridiculous amount of time was wasted by this agent very unprofessional , Agent were Demanding more security for Landlord even I offered 6months of Deposits But not respected, Landlord was happy But not the agent, Because of thir Greed they wanted to increase rent and finaly they relisted with higher rent asking AVOID THEM

A special mention to Aimee for her persistence dealing with the solicitors, and help and guidance. Would 100 % recommend them.
1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)What can I say, we used Ardents to sell our property, they were so professional, friendly and very patient from start to finish, as this sale took 5months and 20days, we all thought it would never happen, but Luke was always positive and communicated all the time, nothing was too much trouble, will be recommending Ardents to everyone, so if you have doubts on who to use then don’t hesitate, give Ardents a ring, Thankyou all for all your hard work, will miss our chats ?????? We had already agreed a sale privately, meaning we had an admin-only deal, but our aims and timescale set a high bar which Dan didn’t hesitate to help us achieve and maintain. Great service, comms and advice, highly recommended.

11th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)So far so good. Thought the agent was really honest about the market and what the house could achieve, so the agreed target price seemed realistic. Good quality pictures and marketing too. When an offer was received the agent did a good job negotiating on my behalf moving the buyer from a low initial offer up to my target price. Can’t ask for more than that. I chose them for local knowledge and average sale time which was significantly below some of their competitors. I received my offer within 3 weeks and achieved my target price, so very pleased with how the agent managed my property.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

If it hadn’t been for the fabulous Rachele Winn the chain would have collapsed several times over. Rachele, alone, relentlessly kept in touch with all parties, chivvying and chasing up loose ends, liaising with incompetent online conveyancers and ensuring that all sales were completed. Her tenacity, professionalism and cheerful approach are second to none. Well done and thanks Rachele.

During our buying and selling experiences, we have come across many estate agents who can be a little too pushy when trying to sell their services, we haven't experienced this at all with Oakheart or with Freddie. The service Freddie has provided has been unmatched and we honestly can't thank him enough for securing our sale.

30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I called on Friday to view a property to rent in warley for Saturday afternoon, I called 2.5 hours before to confirm the booking which was fine apparently, so I drove over an hour out of London to go see the property. Then 1 hour before my appointment I was called to be told that the agent was running late and if I’d be able to push my appointment back by one hour. Annoying, but fine so went and had a coffee in town, then drove back to the property and just 7 minutes before my appointment I was told that they’d no longer be able to show me the property today at all. I was absolutely furious but was assured I’d get a call first thing Monday to be shown around the property, surprise surprise no call at all. Extremely unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
