Well worth their slightly higher than average fees.

19th Sep 2024 (11 weeks ago)Big thanks to Stephen and the team for their help in my latest investment property purchase on Boundary Road in Carlisle. I viewed a couple of properties with them, and I wasn't rushed on viewings, they had the answers to the questions I asked and recommended I view the property I eventually purchased. Supportive and motivated through the purchasing process, and I know from the vendor that they were equally satisfied. A slightly drawn out process due to probate, but I never felt like the property had been put on the back burner. I can very much recommend these guys and girls as a decent, reputable agent.

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)H&H were brilliant to deal with to deal with. We were selling a small piece of land. Their expertise, experience and knowledge of the area were all spot on. Any queries and problems were dealt with promptly and sympathetically. We would highly recommend H&H Land Estates Carlisle.
17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
