19th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Amazing, Attentive, A Class. I had spent months dealing with different letting agent looking for a property, if only I had come to Anthony's sooner. From the day I called to view, it was 15 days and I was in the property. I was guided through the referencing with real support and actually enjoyed the whole process thanks to Tony. Outstanding service and i have complete peace of mind knowing the type of person who is responsible for managing my tenancy/property. I'm sure my landlady feels exactly the same. Thank you so much, highly recommend.

The viewings team were polite and friendly, ensured the property was secured after each viewing, and gave me feedback. Despite a setback, Stephen and Haydn worked tirelessly to keep me updated and ensure my sale was completed. I would strongly recommend this agency, and will certainly use the company in the future.

17th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I bought my home through Simon and Sallie and I cannot recommend them enough. Even though I wasn't paying them directly and I wasn't their client, they were hugely supportive, both professionally and personally when I was stressed and overwhelmed. They were so proactive and the only ones in the chain to be driving the process forward and offering constant help. I love my home and can't imagine ever moving but when I do I will definitely be selling with Mackenzie Smith.

3rd Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.
25th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I would definitely recommend Austin and Wyatt as an estate agent they have been helpful with both the selling and looking for a property for me.They brought photos of previous properties sold in my area and recommend a price to sell for. The first two buyers both made offers so l was able to compare and choose a buyers thanks once again yours K. Nineham.
18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Sarah Cull and here team were amazing and we were so pleased with the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and after hours calls were never a problem. A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. An excellent experience all round.
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Dealt with Malcom (Steeden) and Matt in his absence. Malcolm was responsive and showed a keen interest to be involved with the sale. Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.

11th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)The service we had from Winkworth from the start to finish was fabulous. We listed with Winkworth initially because the house we wanted was listed with them, and I am so glad we did. They kept us informed of at all steps in the process. They provided feedback we received from viewings - no matter how silly some of the feedback was. They communicated with us and all people (buyers, sellers, mortgage advisors, surveyors and solicitors) in the chain and helped to move things along when we honestly felt like things were grinding to a halt and I was ready to give up on our buyers. Moving is was a very stressful process, but, Nikki, Immogen and Hannah made it that much less stressful.

25th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Very disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property. We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys. Very dissapointing.
15th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We switched from a massively disappointing experience with a much larger chain to Cooke & Co to sell our home, and what a great choice we made. Jay and the Broadstairs team were fabulous and achieved a quick sale, plus a shout out to Vicki for her good cheer and tenacity in carrying it through post offer, eliminating all obstacles and steering us and our buyers over the finish line. Without exception, everyone we have met has been a real credit to Cooke & Co. Thoroughly recommend (-:

Vicky's level of communication was second to none, we constantly knew how things were progressing not only with our sale but also our purchase which Vicky worked tirelessly on even on her days of rest. Even though we have moved from the area we will use Hamble Estate agency if at all possible. We could not recommend enough!

From the outset, he was approachable, knowledgeable and generous with his time, offering clear advice without pressure. His guidance on timing the market, particularly around seasonal trends and external factors, felt balanced and genuinely in our best interests. Communication was consistent. Mark regularly checked in, kept us updated and followed up diligently after viewings with feedback. We were impressed with the quality of the marketing which helped generate strong early interest. During negotiations, Mark showed persistence. He helped secure a strong outcome, giving us confidence at each step. Importantly, he remained engaged well beyond the initial sale agreed stage, supporting the process through survey, solicitor queries and the inevitable delays that come with a property sale. What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond, whether assisting with practical matters at the property while we were overseas or simply being available when needed. Overall, a highly professional, trustworthy and personable service. We would not hesitate to recommend Mark at Bespoke.

6th May 2025 (1 year ago)Forgot to put my garage on the plans. Didn't say that there was no onward chain and no board. The house is in a cul-de-sac but may walkers go past with dogs etc.
