30th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

9th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).

24th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My husband and I recently managed to get a property with Hamptons and we had an amazing experience. I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

15th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)People say that moving house is in the top 3 of most stressful things you can go through. Modern thinking has thankfully come up with methods to counteract and reduce stress in our lives. Deep breathing, yoga, music etc all help however for your home move the only thing you need is KATIE from Strutt Parker. Our journey started a few years back with a friendly and professional visit from the SP team. Despite being at the lower end of the market we were very impressed with the advice and services offered and despite a volatile market a buyer was found. Unfortunately due to bad survey we were forced to pull out of our purchase and subsequently our chain collapsed despite the best efforts from Katie. Despite the massive disappointment Katie was so supportive and understanding of the situation. There was no question of who we would call when we were ready to market again. 18 months later Katie was again amazing when we called and a pragmatic and honest conversation about the market was had and we were back on. Despite the market, we found ourselves with 3 offers within days and the advice and understanding of our views and thinking was evident in Katie when deciding which option to take. Katie managed the sale with professionalism and determination and got us through the process with speed, efficiency and understanding. We highly recommend Katie to manage your next house sale.

I am very happy with the service that was provided.- 22nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall

Nothing was too much trouble and after hours calls were never a problem. A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. An excellent experience all round.

At the outset they provided a thorough report to demonstrate their pricing strategy, generated a lot of interest in the property, and remained engaged and responsive from the time that we accepted an offer until completion. We had a constructive discussion re timing and pricing; the photos and description in the ads was excellent and the notification and feedback of viewings was exemplary. A buyer was identified and pricing agreed well within 2 months of the launch of the sale process.
