We recently purchased our new home through WR Estate Agents and overall we've had a really positive experience. Jenny showed us around the property on both of our viewings and was absolutely lovely. She was approachable, knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed, which made a real difference when making such a big decision. One thing we particularly appreciated was the WhatsApp group that was set up to keep everyone connected throughout the purchase. It made communication quick and easy and was really helpful to keep things moving. There were a few occasions during the process where we were asked questions or for information that we weren't really in a position to answer, which sometimes left us feeling a little unsure of how best to help. A little more coordination behind the scenes would have made the process feel even smoother. What has really stood out, though, is the support we've received since completing the purchase. We've had a few queries about the house and Scott has been absolutely outstanding. Even though the sale had completed, he has continued to help us get answers and resolve issues quickly and nothing has seemed too much trouble.
