9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

In the years We have now been with them I cannot praise them enough thoroughly recommend them. We then advertised our property to be sold by them. A massive shout out to Hazel Laura and Jane for your total professionalism throughout the years. They could not of been more helpful.

From day one they handled absolutely everything; viewings, paperwork, the entire process with professionalism and serious efficiency. Communication was exceptional; emails answered the same day, calls returned quickly, and nothing ever left hanging. They don’t just list a property and hope for the best, they actively manage the sale, keep momentum going, and smooth out issues before they become problems. Efficient, responsive, and completely on the ball from start to finish. ????? Thank you to the whole team
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
26th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)I would highly recommend Osprey Property to anyone thinking of putting their property on the market. The whole team at Melton Mowbray office have been amazing. From the initial start to valuing the property to getting it online and now to accepting an offer. I cannot fault Holly and Libby. The communication between us all has been excellent. Always answered the phone and email. It has been such an easy experience selling our property, although we havent fully completed just yet. I wouldnt hesitate to using you again.

Communication was excellent throughout, and the regular data updates on how the listing was performing were a great touch.<br>Once we'd secured a buyer, they stayed with us, guiding us through the legal process right up to exchange. Stu and Amber are knowledgeable, friendly and always on hand. I can't recommend them highly enough.
