   We had a really positive experience with William H Brown selling our flat and particularly with Matt, who looked after us through the latter part of the sale.
   
   Matt was always friendly, approachable and helpful, and was great at keeping in touch and helping to keep things moving. He was always happy to answer questions or chase things up for us when needed.
   
   We also dealt with Matt while looking for our new home and really appreciated his approach. He was helpful and knowledgeable without ever being pushy, and gave us plenty of time and space to look around and make our own decisions.
   
   Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, so it really helped having someone so easy to deal with throughout it all.

   We were recommended Morgan Alexander and really liked what we saw when looking at how they marketed their properties. The photos were great and we particularly liked their social media reels, as they really showed the property for what it is, and it provided a different audience reach.
   
   From start to finish, the whole process with Westley and the team has been great. Communication has been quick throughout, they’ve always been on hand when needed and have been proactive in chasing things up to get us through to exchange.
