26th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Hi all, reviewing this company home cloud and appreciation and gratitude of Gemma, she been helpful, polite and responsive to aspects of working along side as sub contractor to carry out various task and plumbing, she has an understanding of works and knowledge. Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma

23rd May 2024 (7 mo. ago)Bit strange, as my sister applied for a rental property and I was to be the guarantor they denied my application even though my payslips were valid? Stating I earn half the salary I put down? They advised me that home let denied my application but they were Lieing as home let has written it in email stating the above. MILLIE I think her name is the, she has been dealing with me on two occasions and for some reason both applications have been denied and then compulsively Lieing to me and my family. To be honest she’s bad reputation to the company. She doesn’t even know left from right let alone a guarantor. Would not recommend this company at all I don’t know if it’s racial profiling but to be honest it feels like that. Would advise people to stay away!

25th Oct 2024 (11 weeks ago)Viewed a house in regards to buying it, placed an offer on said house for asking price and then had a week with no contact from the estate agents. After a few emails sent trying to chase the offer to we were told that they were going with another offer. Poor communication from this estate agents has potentially lost their client money as we were prepared to offer more. As of now (1month ish later, the house we placed an offer on is still on the market) We will never deal with this estate agents again and would certainly discourage friends and family from using them in the future.

17th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Awful experience with this company. Had a viewing of a house, member of staff was late. i was not shown round at all, felt rushed and very rude uninterested staff member. Mad an offer and still have had no reply, had to chase myself twice and told numerous times they would get back to me and still nothing. Would not recommend this estate agent. Couldn't imagine how unprofessional it would be once an offer was accepted.

Always kept us up to date with the various stages of the sale and had regular contact with their team. Always on hand for advice and support. A great team and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

An outstanding service is always given and I’ve had two mortgages from these and they have always provided me with the best help and service along the way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my mortgage quotes 10/10
26th May 2024 (7 mo. ago)Despite the property being very unique the valuation was based on as much well researched information as they could manage. Marketing was done well with excellent photos and a photographic 3d walk around. They also managed to arrange marketing in the local paper. Helped negotiate a good selling price higher than the asking price. Property has been sold within 5 weeks of marketing. Friendly and informative staff. Despite speaking to different staff the computer notes were well done meaning we were always well informed. I’d recommend this company.

31st Jul 2024 (24 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

I had a discussion with Craig who went through my criteria in far greater depth than anyone else had as there is a general feeling at times agents want to chase you out the door as are too busy to chat. within 14 days of a my initial discussion, and a few properties offered that weren't quite suitable for me I was offered one that was perfect that I bought. Great after service from Cath too. much appreciated. cannot recommend enough based on my experience.
