   I went to rent a house from this agency in Heddington, the agents are very deceitful and try to force you to pay 0 deposit scheme and then they force you to take out insurance to your personal belongings, they lie that owner doesn't accept without something like that, when I wanted to pay full deposit, he just wants to scam you to make you pay monthly fees and to avoid pay full deposit. I applied to three houses, of which he told me they rejected me, but I applied that I didn't want a zero deposit and I didn't want insurance, they called me, talked to us on the phone for five minutes and suggested that it would be better to put in a zero deposit offer and The insurance and I told them that I was convinced to pay the deposit that I would get it back at the end of the rent they said ok I will send your offer to lanlord and in less than two minutes after I hang up the phone he sent me an email that the lord refused my offer. lying to make you pay extra for their company month after month insurance and zero deposit that.with other companies you pay a certain amount as insurance and that's it, not with them you have to pay month by month, I don't recommend the most fraudulent agency...
