23rd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Be careful with your check out, they will try to screw you over and charge extortionate cleaning charges. You may as well leave the place a dirty mess, because you will be billed as if it was one anyway even if it is left with “light dusting” required

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience. Even though I informed them in advance that we would be delayed due to traffic, they assured us that it was fine. However, the person conducting the viewing left without waiting for us. When I called to explain, he even said he had seen the two of us rushing towards the property, yet he still chose not to wait. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I especially found it helpful to have the nominated person (Kelly) in charge of Sales Progression - it kept the sale process going, as there was always someone there to ask questions and she ensured the sale chain stayed in place.
