12th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)This is my first time renting through an agency and I can say, even though you do have to jump through quite a few hoops to get there, I will do it again ????! Helene Sutton was my main point of contact there and she was very helpful and informative and always kept me in the loop. Communication is great! I was always kept up-to-date and the process went through really quickly. And even when moving into the property, I had a couple of questions and these have been addressed, again quickly. Thank you ??

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

The girls are so friendly and always on the ball with anything that needs doing in the house, so helpful and understanding, I can’t recommend them enough.
31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could- This agent doesn't have any reviews
