I knew straight away that it was the property for me, and the letting agents made this ten times easier. Simon who showed me around, Kelsey who dealt with the paperwork, and apologies I can’t remember his name, the young gent who handed me my keys. The turnaround was rapid - 110% recommend. 24th Sep 2024 (20 days ago)It took a long time to sell my mother’s house but this was not due to the staff at Burchell Edwards who worked very hard to promote the sale. Communications were excellent. Luisa was particularly good at contacting me with updates. She was very patient at stressful times. I would recommend this company.

We didn’t have the easiest journey with our solicitors and Lily was great at helping us chase up outstanding issues, I really think the sale could have fell through without her help liaising between us/the seller/the solicitors. I would definitely recommend William H Brown, our calls were always answered or messages passed on leading to quick call backs, thank you to Jared and Amelia for your support on this also! You are a welcoming and friendly team and we appreciate the support you provided :)

Never had a courtesy call from them asking if we were happy and worst of all at the end they never if asked why we were taking it off the market….! Nothing whatsoever it was almost like it wasn’t on the market at all …

Their pricing is reasonable, the photos of my property were excellent and I was kept well up to date thoughout the whole process. Dan and his team are very proactive and I never once had to call to check progress at any stage of the process. His valuation was realistic and my property sold in a timely manner. Most importantly, Dan and his team were very easy to contact throughout, always at the end of the phone or on email whenever I needed them. Top notch service.
