Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. I woukd highly recommend Cope & Co.

Him and Rebeka did fantastic job. Without Nik I would have been in a very difficult position, however he made it possible and i have huge Respect for him. He deserves a medal for his dedication and hard work. Thanks so much for helping in difficult situation. Appricite all he he has done for us.

Particular mention for Liam, who was my constant link between all parties. Liam was a constant source of knowledge and unbelievably helpful, friendly and approachable. 15th Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)We were first time buyers and purchased our first home with William H Brown. Our main point of contact was Lily who was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have the easiest journey with our solicitors and Lily was great at helping us chase up outstanding issues, I really think the sale could have fell through without her help liaising between us/the seller/the solicitors. I would definitely recommend William H Brown, our calls were always answered or messages passed on leading to quick call backs, thank you to Jared and Amelia for your support on this also! You are a welcoming and friendly team and we appreciate the support you provided :)

I found the team very helpful and professional and kept me up to date on all viewings and progress. They went over and beyond what one would expect. They were so helpful in filling out the forms, giving advice and guidance through what seemed to me to be an impossible task. We chose Whitegates Ilkeston having had valuations and quotations from 3 estate agents and from first to last we had no doubt we had made the right decision. From explaining that two sales contracts would be needed to take account of our circumstances to accompanied viewings with feedback on each of them and liaising with us on offers, the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

I had high hopes for them to sell my property however, it seemed that they did not do anything apart from asking us to lower the price. The contract was ended early as we were extremely dissatisfied with the service they provided.

Elders are realistic about pricing, are highly professional and excellent in keeping you updated. 21st Mar 2025 (5 days ago)I have just sold my house with Tristrams estate agents. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tristram's to friends and family as the experience was five star from start to finish. All of the staff I have dealt with at Tristrams have been extremely friendly, helpful and professional, particularly Talia, Kirsten and Liam and have responded to any enquiries I have had promptly and kept up to date. Towards the end of my sale they helped me push for a completion date and chased solicitors from all parts of the chain for me. They made me feel that they understood how stressful a house move could me and that they cared enough to try and eliminate some of that stress for me and I really appreciated that.

I was kept up to date through the whole process of the sale, which has not always been my experience in the past. The team in the office were really superb, frequent communication through phone and emails and when I visited the office I was always made welcome.

18th Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

6th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)Nicole at Hortons is incredible. We had some worries before putting our house on the market. Nicole reassured us and answered all questions we had. Our house had been on the market previously and didn’t sell after a few weeks, however Nicole sold our house in 3 days!! House sales are never easy sailing however Nicole made everything appear so smooth and straight forward. We cannot recommend her enough and will be contacting Nicole in the further when we are ready to move on. Thank you so much Nicole, you have been fantastic ????
