We are only under offer so far, but all in all the team are incredibly helpful and prompt with replies. We have had so many viewings on a regular basis. They took on our property at the end of October and we had three offers by early February! House in need of a lot of TLC

Although I’ve lived in the area for years I was not aware of Woodward estate agents until I checked with Getagent, tucked by the side of the road of Denby.
Having looked at the statistics provided, they were the best in the area, both in terms of time to sell and price achieved, so I placed our house with them to sell.
They were superb to deal with and produced excellent particulars. They work very hard to market the house and achieved about a dozen viewings in three weeks, compared to none, on our previous attempt to sell with a major agent.
I don’t live in the area now so they handled all the viewings and the entire process themselves.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to sell in the local area they are superb, and lovely to deal with.

Honestly couldn’t wish for a better estate agents, they’re helpful, offer amazing prices, their contact throughout is great and they’re always up to date on what’s happening. It’s super hard to find an estate agent that actually have your best interests at heart but I can guarantee that Woodwards does. Laura, Emma and Hayley are all absolutely incredible and went above and beyond. Less than 24 hours after seeing the house online Laura got our offer accepted! They all helped so much to guide us through everything. Unfortunately we were tied in to a ridiculous contract with another estate agents for our sale, but they offered us advice and help on all aspects even though they were only dealing with our purchase. Honestly couldn’t have done it without these 3 women, amazing! Hayley the mortgage advisor also got us amazing deals on our life and home insurance.

Laura was absolutely fantastic from the get go. She came to the house and gave me a price for the property she knew she could sell it at and delivered within 2 days. Her team was helpful after we accepted the offer even down to chasing solicitors to completion. There is no wonder she is the best ranked estate agent in the DE5 area!! Definitely would recommend!
