Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. 1st Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Had a excellent experience with Lesley from Urban & Rural.<br><br>When I went to view the property, she was very welcoming, honest and had great communication skills. As a first-time buyer, I felt safe knowing this was the right choice. As the sale progressed, the conveyancing process took longer than expected and slightly stressful. Lesley was very consistent with communication, checked in regularly and kept me in the loop, letting me know what needed to be done to get to the finish line. We got there in the end! I'm so grateful and would highly recommend :)

Their price for handling the sale was very competitive and the service was professional from start to finish. We were updated regularly on the progress of the sale and information provided was always very clear and realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. Michael Sibley was outstanding in his dealings with us and achieved a great result! We also received a cheque for £200 on completion.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
