As a rather inexperienced, accidental landlord I needed advice and expertise so I turned to Hilton, King &Locke and I am very glad I did. Jenny, Anna and Wendy are an amazing team. I have 2 properties rented, fully managed with them and the service is brilliant. I took their advice before refurbishing both properties and let them find and vet tenants. They have saved me money and greatly reduced the stress involved, their wealth of experience and expertise gives me great peace of mind, especially given all the recent changes to the rental market.
