22nd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)As a buyer of a property in Letchworth, Lane and Bennetts were absolutely fantasic. It took me 10 months to buy my house, throughout the process they were efficient, communicative and really supportive towards me. Always a friendly voice at the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. My first buyer fell through after a few months so it wasn't a smooth process. Lane and Bennett were able to negotiate with all the different parties in the chain to make it happen. Big thanks to Michael, Patricia, Paula and team. Now living in my dream house and loving it.

He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, he did everything he could to help. On top of that, he was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much smoother. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend both Imran and Marble Sales to anyone looking for a new home!

Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.
