It feels like every time you turn around there’s another charge coming out of the rent.<br><br>Finding us a tenant was all very smooth and they were great at the beginning, but after that I’ve really struggled to see the value for money. We already pay them every month t(if i'm honet, not really sure what for), yet there always seems to be something else to pay for.<br><br>The most frustrating part is having money deducted and then having to chase them ourselves to find out what it was for. Surely the very least you should expect is to be told before someone takes money from you?<br><br>They seem very geared towards keeping tenants happy, but as the people actually paying Bridgfords, I’m not convinced landlords get the same consideration.<br><br>Great at finding a tenant. Not so great for your bank balance afterwards.
