The communication was brilliant from start to finish, especially throughout the many house viewings I went to while searching for my first home.<br><br>A special thank you to Emily, who got to know exactly what I was looking for and called me about a property she thought I would love. She was completely right — I fell in love with it as soon as I viewed it, put an offer in, and was absolutely delighted when it was accepted.<br><br>The whole process from start to finish ran so smoothly, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely. They made what could have been a really stressful experience feel so much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you to Emily and the whole team for helping me find my perfect home! ????????
4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Fees, fees and more fees!<br><br>If you’re a landlord, be prepared for the extras. It feels like every time you turn around there’s another charge coming out of the rent.<br><br>Finding us a tenant was all very smooth and they were great at the beginning, but after that I’ve really struggled to see the value for money. We already pay them every month t(if i'm honet, not really sure what for), yet there always seems to be something else to pay for.<br><br>The most frustrating part is having money deducted and then having to chase them ourselves to find out what it was for. Surely the very least you should expect is to be told before someone takes money from you?<br><br>They seem very geared towards keeping tenants happy, but as the people actually paying Bridgfords, I’m not convinced landlords get the same consideration.<br><br>Great at finding a tenant. Not so great for your bank balance afterwards.

27th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!
