   Snowgate were brilliant from start to finish, unfortunately we were selling the house remotely , and therefore it was difficult to get those last few things which needed to be organised sorted. Snowgate helped arrange plumbers to disconnect washing machines\dishwasher, carpet cleaners, helped out with the British Gas and a boiler service. They also carried out all viewings and were very quick to keep us informed when we received offers, giving guidance on market conditions and the ability of the purchasers to proceed. Whilst we have not recently bought or sold a house ourselves a number of our friends have and all you hear are nightmare stories about estate agents. Not in this case Snowgate were brilliant and we would have no hesitation in recommending them... Read more

   Recently sold my home with these guys and honestly couldn't have been happier with the service given to me by Kia McGrath.    I can't recommend Jake at Mallinson & Co highly enough. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood.
