25th Sep 2024 (10 weeks ago)Positive experience with arranging a viewing and mortgage consultation with Connells. The viewing was arranged promptly and Caleb was professional and knowledgable. I was really impressed as well with the mortgage consultation - Sarah was extremely friendly, and again professional and knowledgable. I would encourage others to use them for the same services.

After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

Tim in particular, and also his staff, went above and beyond our expectations ensuring that our sale went through as smoothly as possible and reducing the stress we were under. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
