Everything was transparent and clearly explained.<br><br>Selling while returning to work after adoption leave could have been overwhelming, but Katie was a constant, reassuring presence: responsive, encouraging and completely committed. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!
