She delivered quality customer care and escalated the report immediately leading to resolutions. I will certainly continue to contact Katie directly as there is always a response and all ways a demand for action.Our family is extremely grateful for her support and wish her all the success.

All photographs were representative of our actual property, not funny angles just as it is. One viewer commented that ours was the only property she had see that actually looked like the photographs. 6th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.
