18th Feb 2026 (15 days ago)STAY AWAY: 74 days of neglect, ongoing MOLD, and zero accountability.<br>Avoid Barnard Marcus Feltham. I was moved into a house with 10+ major faults, including rotting trash under the cabinets and a broken shower, while I had been assured that there were no ongoing issues. The manager actually told me that since they "missed" the rotting trash during the move-in clean, I have to clean it up myself!<br><br>The broken extractor fan was left for months, causing mold that is still ongoing and spreading today. Even now, they are trying to delay me by telling me to "use the portal" for a health hazard they've known about since December.<br><br>It took 74 days just to get a working shower. On top of that, they admitted in writing that they forgot to give me a parking permit for my own bay, but they are refusing to pay the resulting fine. They take your rent and leave your children living in a moldy, broken home. Completely unprofessional and heartless branch.

6th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)We cannot recommend Richard at Churchods Estate Agents highly enough. He managed to rent our house out just before Christmas in record time, which was incredibly impressive. His efficiency throughout the entire process was outstanding, and he secured us multiple offers with excellent-quality tenants. Richard handled everything seamlessly, getting the property fully prepared for the new tenancy and completing all the paperwork so quickly and smoothly. The level of organisation and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. We had experience with several agents in the area, but the service from Churchods was by far the best. We were also extremely impressed with the value for money and the overall cost of the service. We are very grateful and truly impressed. Thank you for making the whole process so easy. 3rd Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Chase Buchanan took-over as Estate Agents for a rental agreement I had as a tenant. I never really had any issues with them bar one occasion. Even that was resolved within a week or two so I can’t really fault Chase Buchanan for that. But I would like to highlight the work of Joel from their Teddington branch for his efforts in a different matter. After that tenancy had ended I accidentally had a valuable package delivered to my old rental address. I contacted Chase Buchanan to see if they could help. Joel went out of his way, confirming with the new tenants that the package had been delivered there before attending the address himself, collecting the package and sending it to my new address. It arrived the next day and I can’t thank Joel enough for his efforts - definitely a credit to Chase Buchanan!

Dealing with Sharon Ghirardani from the time she met me to view the location and property, has been such a smooth ride. I moved in this week to the rental . Sharon’s efficiency, professionalism and communication are world class guiding me through the process and dealing with the landlord. The independent lady that did the hand over was also amazing , efficient and friendly . I have dealt with other rental companies in the past, none of whom come anywhere close to Rochills. 2nd Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)We’ve just had a worst experience with SJSmith letting agency! Please do not rent from them. Absolute nightmare. They took a £500 holding deposits. Assured us property is held for us. We passed our references then they gave the property to someone else and said because we couldn’t move in sooner. I have proof they confirmed the date we could move in, I gave notice to my landlord. They have caused so much stress. Most rubbish agency I’ve ever dealt with.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen.
