Didn't contact us, we had to chase them up all the time. Waited in for someone to view our property only to discover they had cancelled and we weren't notified. Photographs our our property all looked very dark compared to the agent's we have now. They put a for sale sign up that was too short and risked people walking into it, I adjusted myself....
