21st Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Cherie at Langley Estate Agents has been great. We loved the photographs she organised to market our property, and she was great at contacting people after viewings which led to a quick offer. Great value for money too, I’d definitely recommend!

5th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)After buying through Benjamin Matthews, we were so impressed by the service that we had no hesitation that we would use them again when we came to sell three years later. We're very glad we did as Ben and George made the whole process straightforward with their organisation, communication and helpful advice. Ben's sensible valuation meant we were able to sell quickly and despite the pandemic, move within three months. Like any house move, there were a couple of stressful moments along the way, but Ben and George were always contactable which made things much easier.

7th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Very happy to recommend Jesse Holness both as letting agents and sales agents. A family property had been rented out through them for many years and they had always been really helpful if we ever needed to organise any repairs to the property (given we didn’t live nearby) . We thought them trustworthy, very reasonable cost wise and very easy to deal with. We recently used them as sales agents for the property and found them to be efficient and again very reasonable, helping to complete a sale within 5 weeks of receiving the offer.
6th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Tried to call the agency multiple times, but no one answered, got a mobile number from the answering machine. Called the mobile number, but again no one answered... after a moment I got a text message: "Sorry, I can't talk right now", so I replied that I am interested in this and that property, blah blah blah and I asked him (probably) to call me as soon as he can... never received a call. I called one more time the next day, but of course there was no answer, so I sent another message saying that I was waiting for a call yesterday, I am still interested in the property, and can he call me asap. He replied with apologies and assurance that he will call me later to arrange the viewing for the next day... yes you guessed it, he never called. So I texted him again after 7h trying to arrange the viewing. He texted me back asking for the detail of who wants to move in, income, move in date, etc. I sent him all the details and asked him to call me next day in the morning in regards to the viewing. Next day at almost 1pm, instead of the phone call, I received a message explaining that he tried calling, but I never picked up (I did not have any missed call), and I can call him back when I am free, so I called back within 10 min... of course there was no answer... after few minutes I got a text saying that he cannot talk, because................ HE IS IN THE VIEWING!! So why did he say that I can call whenever I am free?!?! He also said he will call me in next 30 min... I am still waiting for his phone call after 3 days. I am very patient person, because everybody makes mistakes or is too busy to keep up with everything in one day, but this gentleman was obviously not taking me seriously for some reason and was very unprofessional. I usually do not even bother to give a negative comment, but tbh if I could, I could give no stars. Have a good day.

Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.

4th Jun 2026 (22 weeks ago)Rebecca and the team deliver on every element of selling your house , they carried out every viewing as promised , great photography and detail on the process while preparing your house to take to market and always transparent with their intentions and honest with any updates unlike others we had spoken to ,and experienced in the past , we stayed with Woods for a relatively long period whilst selling our house during different and difficult market conditions simply because they deliver all of the above and more . Personally I would recommend Rebecca and the team at Woods to anyone who’s looking for a genuine agent who works hard to achieve your end goal.

15th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Left without a working boiler and no phone calls or updates 11,06, a week has passed and still no working boiler.. called to get an update Friday exactly a week later and never got a call back so another weekend without hot water and heating. 15,06, and the plumber finally makes contact and arrives with part, guess what,, part makes no difference boiler still not working. no call from Kent letting agency.. more updates to follow as and when.

These 2 have bought & sold & managed properties for me over the years & the level of service has been outstanding ??????. I therefore have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who needs the best advice & service in this field. TRUST ME SENSEI NADER ??????????

It isn't finished yet but up to now I would recommend Antler very friendly and professional service. I know it is a small company but I feel sure he will expand in the future I keep seeing more Antler boards around the Joydens Wood estate. Well done Jareau
